Welcome to Rhythm & Brews Open Mic Nights!

We're excited to have you join us. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before registering:

Eligibility: We want everyone who wants to perform to have a chance. There are no eligibility requirements other than you show up.

Performance Slots: Performances are limited to 7 minutes, with a 3-minute changeover. While we consider your preferred time, slots are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis with organizer discretion for final scheduling.

Content Guidelines: Performances must be appropriate for a family-friendly audience. We reserve the right to stop performances that contain explicit content or language.

Equipment Use: Provided equipment includes an orange guitar amp, an electric acoustic guitar, microphones, a PA system, an electric ukulele, an electric guitar, a cajon drum, and a keyboard. Usage is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Personal equipment is welcome but must comply with our setup time constraints.

Safety and Liability: Each participant is responsible for their safety and well-being during the event. Rhythm & Brews and The Beer Box are not liable for personal injuries or equipment damage.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you need to cancel your performance, please notify us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect future participation.

Media and Promotion: Rhythm & Brews may use images, audio, and video recordings from the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us the right to use this media. buy submitting your registration, you agree to allow RhythmAndBrewsPR.com to add you to the event notification email and sms lists so you will be notified about upcoming events and receive updates about the event you registered for.

Respect and Conduct: All participants and attendees are expected to treat each other with respect. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal from the event.

Changes to Terms: These terms are subject to change. We will notify you of any significant changes.

Acceptance of Terms: By registering for Rhythm & Brews Open Mic Night, you agree to these terms and conditions.
